Add a stylized text notice.
Use the AB Notice block to create a stylized text notice, with a title and body. Optionally set the notice to dismissable.

- Settings include Notice colour, Title colour and Text colour.
- When the Notice is dismissable then there’s a close button in the corner of the Notice title.
