Post Comments Form – core/post-comments-form
Display a post’s comments form.
Use the Post Comments Form to display the form to allow visitors to write their comments.

Notes
- The Post Comments Form only displays a placeholder in the editor.
- On the front end the display depends on whether or not the visitor is a logged in user.
- Logged in users just see the Comment textarea field and Post Comment button.
- Users who aren’t logged in are required to enter their name and email address and optionally their website address.
- This block doesn’t display the Comments. Use Post Comments – core/post-comments to do that.
